What is Hotel Bi?
Hotel Bi is a hotel reporting dashboard from HBIS. It extracts data from your PMS automatically and shows occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pickup, booking curves, lead time and allotments against the same time last year and your budget. It works for one hotel or a whole portfolio, even when hotels use different PMS.
Can I combine hotels that use different PMS systems?
Yes. Hotel Bi connects to each hotel’s PMS, whichever system it uses, so hotels on different PMS report together in one dashboard. Afixis Hospitality does this across more than 100 hotels.
Do we need to export data from our PMS?
No. Hotel Bi extracts the data automatically, so nobody exports files or copies figures.
Can reports be customised?
Yes. HBIS builds custom reports on request, such as the 14 made for Myconian Collection.
Can Hotel Bi show revenue gross or net?
Yes. One switch in the report settings shows revenue gross or net.
