HBIS works with OPERA Cloud, OPERA 5, Protel, Fidelio, Cloudbeds, Hotelizer and Clock PMS+. It also connects payroll, ERP and POS systems. Properties on different PMS can report together in one dashboard.

How often is the data updated?

HBIS extracts and refreshes your data automatically during the day. Nobody needs to export files.

Can a hotel group see all its properties in one place?

Yes. Hotel Bi consolidates every property into one view. Afixis Hospitality reports on more than 100 hotels in a single dashboard.

What is FirstLight?

FirstLight is a standalone product for hoteliers, with its own subscription. It connects straight to your hotel’s PMS and sends a notification each morning, at a time you choose, with a short written briefing of yesterday’s results, new bookings and pace. You can share any insight with your team in one tap. It is separate from the HBIS dashboards, which you open in Microsoft Power Bi.
