What are the HBIS products?

HBIS makes four Microsoft Power Bi products for hotels. Hotel Bi reports rooms revenue from your PMS. Payroll Bi reports labour cost from PYLON HRM. ERP Bi reports your P&L from ERP, PMS and payroll data. F&B Bi reports outlet sales from POS and inventory. All four share one data model.

Can I use one HBIS product on its own?

Yes. Add another later and its results sit beside the first, on the same data model.

Which HBIS product should I start with?

Start with the numbers you check most. Hotel Bi reads your PMS, Payroll Bi your payroll, ERP Bi your ERP and F&B Bi your POS.

Is FirstLight one of the HBIS products?

No. FirstLight is a separate mobile app with its own subscription.
